New Storage Facility in Klamath Falls

Our facility is the newest facility in Klamath Falls, being finished in 2021 with new concrete roads, gates, rolling doors, and over 300 new units.

Can I use a unit for business purposes?

Any business is allowed to lease and store business related possessions inside. However, we do not allow units to be used directly for commercial purposes, such as to sell/trade/lease/etc. products or services from your unit.

How long are your leases?

All of our storage spaces are leased on a month-to-month basis. There is no minimum lease term requirement. You are also able to extend your lease for as many months or years as needed. Multiple storage leases are also available.

Do the units have electricity or outlets?

None of our units have any electricity or electrical outlets available. There is exterior lighting on the property at night for accessing your unit, but for in-unit lighting at night you would need battery-powered lights.

Do the units have climate control?

Currently, we do not operate any climate controlled self storage units. The weather in Klamath Falls can fluctuate greatly and it is your responsibility to ensure that your items don’t require specific temperature and humidity levels.
